A newsy day …
It’s been quite the news day … A golfer died in a plane crash, was everyone on board dead before the plane landed?? In my own home area, a helicopter crashed belonging to the Police department, the pilot purposely drove it into the ground to save the citizens. A senator died today of a heart condition.
My favorite of the day, though … Ovarian Eggs of Beautiful Women are for sale one the web. How do you tell your wife you want to have a kid, but you want the eggs of a beautiful woman instead of hers? Can you hear the slap?
Finally honesty … thanks to Tim from “I Wasn’t Built to Get Up At This Time” (just for that I”ll plug you Tim!) for telling me my message board for Question of the Day was way too complex. So I want you all to check out the new way easy and simple to use Question of the Day message board below. The eViewz board is still available for other uses.
Tonight was political science class..and we got our midterm grades. I’m at a B average for the two classes, which I’m thrilled about. I was never an A student, and I’m not going to ruin it now … I was always a “just pass me” student.
This poli-sci class started out as a class I dreaded … I figured it would be the most impossible class to get through, and the teacher seemed like a hard ass. Now, half way through the semester and only five of us left in the class, she is lightening up. In fact, she is likeable, giving us videos to watch and light reading. The class is actually informative … I’m actually learning things, which is sort of amazing, since I dont really care much about the american political system and history.
Last night I was doing the fixing up of this site … notice the cool yellow background, and neat headings. I’ve also made it easier to get through the entries, by adding next and previous links next to the date at the top.
Do you appreciate all the work I’m doing for you people? I add nifty links to make you journey easier, I add an easier to use question of the day … la la la.
Okay enough patting myself on the back … I want to hear from you.
Have you ever sat and watched something on TV that you’ve watched a hundred times before?? We’ve all seen the Brady Bunch episodes a million times … last night I watched Stand By Me again for the umpteenth time. I had to watch it until midnight, even though I already know the ending. The power of TV … am I addicted. At least I dont smoke crack or something.
I’d like to thank Krysten for the Question of the Day, Why do most zippers have YKK on them? I checked most of my pants, and all the zippers have YKK on them … its a trivia thing.
