Friday Five: September 10th
1. What is the best dessert you’ve ever had? There’s this rum cake that this italian bakery around here makes. We had two versions of it for our wedding cake, one white, one chocolate layer. Delish.
2. Is there a dessert that just plain grosses you out? Anything with coconut. I hate coconut on anything.
3. Straight out of the container or with lots of toppings …. tell us how you like your ice cream. Straight from the container. Putting stuff on it just takes too long. Just give me the tub and let me dig in.
4. Cookie dough, brownie mix, cake batter or the finished products? All of the above. I like cookie dough. The problem is that you end up eating all the batter and end up with like five cookies.
5. You’ve just invented a great new dessert …. what’s in it and what is it called? Um. I don’t know. Probably some strawberries and some whip cream and some kind of moist cake. Sounds like strawberry shortcake, now that I think about it.
