The Gift of Cash…
Trying to think of gifts for people is one of the worst parts of the holiday season. I’d rather not get anyone anything—not because I don’t love and adore them, but mostly because I’m only getting them something because they got something for me. I’ve tried to tell friends and family, as nicely as possible, that I don’t really expect anything from them (read: Don’t buy me anything). Unfortunately, it’s a tradition that’s been around so long that inevitably people are going to buy me something.
