For lack of an entry …
So, I couldn’t think of anything to write about yesterday and took a day off from journaling. From the others, looks like most of the journalers took a day off.
One little thing about yesterday. The date was three ones and three nines – 11/19/99. Now if that didn’t just make you go, “OHMYGODTHATSSOCOOL!!”, then this is sure to knock you off your feet. Seems someone with alot of time on their hands figured out that yesterday was the last all odd numbered day for the next 1111 years. Confused all the numbers 11-19-1999 are odd, and since there is no 31st in November … this would make it the last odd numbered day, until the year 3111. So if that doesnt impress you … well, you are right up with me. Woohoo!
I had to work today … do you feel sorry for me? Do I hear little violins playing “my heart weeps for you? Yeah, right! Anyhow, I spent three hours site testing somemore … and to make it worse I was locked out of my office and had to do it on someone elses computer. Seems our security passes are so great, that we can’t even enter the office.
I’m kind of wishing it was already January, and the holidays were passed us. Every year around this time, I have to worry about buying gifts and spending money and juggling work, fun and projects. AAACCCCCKKK!!

Gypsy – Beverly
Fortunately, our main course of chicken was great, and I gobbled all of it up. But PROBLEM: the photographer was across me and took a candid frontal shot of me shoving the fork into my mouth. I hope that photo doesn’t turn out, or I’ll look like the biggest greedy pig.
Beverly keeps a journal site called GYPSY at http://beverly.gemz.net, but when she had to begin studying for exams, and then her computer blew up, well, her site went down. For most of us that would have been the end of our site, but Bev quickly came up with a plan of attack and is using a temporary journal to keep us updated on her life. Bev’s journal is always fascinating, and when her site comes back up you’ll be impressed by her design and writing skills too. I’ve also enjoyed emails back and forth.
