The shopping mall I’m designing
The shopping mall I’m designing is a pain in my arse. I spend the days looking for things young people might find cool to buy then I have to copy down the product name, a description, all sorts of codes and then have to search for it in OUR shopping mall and see if it exists, and if it does copy down the URL (thats pronounced YOU-ARE-EL, not EARL) and then take all this information and pop it into HTML code. It’s taking me about an hour and a half per page, on average.
Ack!
I’ve also heard jack crap about my desk being moved and.. and.. and I’ve also heard jack crap about getting more money. I did bring it up today and not the request has been sent to the Vice President of my group, who sent it to the President of the company. Obviously asking for a little more money is a little more complex than I thought it would be. Jesus, Joseph and Mary … what’s next they hold an employee meeting and all 300 employees decide if I get a pay hike?
Next Monday, we’ll be in our new building. Yaaaahoo!!
