Hi … I’m the houseboy …
Without a job, I haven’t updated too much. Mainly because I dont have much to write about. When I’m working I can talk about my day at work or for some reason have more to talk about after work.
My days are now filled with job hunting and taking care of chores around the house. I’ve emptied about six boxes that have been sitting in closets and little by little am organizing things. I also went out the other day and spent my gift certificates worth about $100 on jeans and pants. I figure that when I actually get a job I’ll need some fresh clothes to use.
Although it’s only been two days over a week without work, it feels more like it’s been a month and a half. I should be enjoying the time off, but I’m actually climbing the walls. I dont know why actually. I have enough money saved to make it through March without having to work, but I think I’m just one of those workaholics types. I like to work. It gives me something to do. I’d never make it as one of those lazy types. A beatnik or something. It’s just not me.
Anyhow, I’m beginning my second full week as a drain on society.
