Texas Values…

According to this latest survey, Texas teens have some of the riskiest behaviors ^[1] in the nation including 50% having sex, 30% having heavy drinking, 15% driving under the influence and 37% driving with someone under the influence. These are all higher than the national average. Must be those family values Bush likes to talk about.
