I’m SOOO Special … NOT!

My Horoscope for Today*:

Here is a story I read in the newspaper:

(Reuters) – Russia has agreed to resume talks on a proposed joint center in the United States aimed at dodging any missile miscues caused by the 2000 computer glitch, U.S. officials said Thursday.

Is anyone else, at all worried about this? I hope that dodging missles means that they aren’t going to come towards us … I hate to think dodging meant they would come at us and we would have to run really fast to get out of their way. You know damn well that Russia has nuclear missles pointed directly at the US, and I dont want a computer “glitch” to set them off. I dont get that, its a “glitch” when nuclear bombs could be set off, but its a “crisis” when the President is caught with his pants down. We have a strange media in this country.

I noticed that I’m getting hits from Tim’s site, “I Wasn’t Built To Get Up At This Time” and thought, how nice, he really really likes me. My head began to swell a bit and I just couldnt help myself, so I logged into his site to check out what wonderful things he had said about me that would elicit such a response. I read todays journal entry and didnt find anything wonderful about me, then clicked on “In the browser” and discovered that there must have been a mistake … I guess he liked someone else and somehow my URL got placed instead of theirs. So now I sit here weeping … My swelled head is now the size of a raisin..boohoo

You should still visit his site though … it’s one of my daily faves.

Update: After I wrote this, later in the day I checked out Tims site again, and found out he really does love me … I’m so thrilled, now I can go to New York knowing I’m loved. There goes my ego again …

Are you looking for something to blame your parents about? Try your name … I’m sure you’ve seen this before, but if you havent find out what the first initial of your name tells people about you. I’m just thankful I wasn’t named Zippo or something.

Well, tomorrow will be my last entry for a week … how should I handle it? I dont want to leave you with nothing, but at the same time, I won’t have time to create a brilliant work of art to keep you busy for a week … acckk.

I am planning a redesign at some point … I’d like something lighter and brigher … something that screams “here I am” … or something. Anyhow, when I return on the 13th of September, I promise to tell you all about my adventure in New York city, and I’ll even share some photos. It should be quite the adventure, I won’t have a car, so I’ll be footing it everywhere, and I haven’t been on public transporation in years … so good luck to me finding my way around.

Everyone I’ve asked about where I should visit or what I should do has told me about food places to visit … you have to eat this, or you have to eat that … people, I eat like one meal a day, how the hell am I supposed to eat non-stop on vacation … I do have to be able to fit in the plane when I return to San Francisco.

I found this story to be a little retarded when I heard it on the radio this morning, but I’ll let you decide for yourself.

These two guys decide to play russian roulette (an already stupid game), and so guy number one hand guy number two a semi-automatic, and well you can guess what happened when guy number two pulled the trigger.

First off, russian roulette is stupid … you’re just asking for trouble. Second, the game is meant to played with a revolver not an oozie … duh
